Consistency, not noise

Social Media Marketing

Azteca Media manages organic and paid social programs on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok for businesses across the United States. The work is content production, publishing cadence, community response and paid amplification of whatever performs. We measure social against enquiries and store visits rather than follower counts, because follower counts have never paid an invoice.

What you get

Outcomes

  • A consistent publishing rhythm you do not have to maintain yourself
  • Content shaped for each platform rather than cross-posted identically
  • Paid budget behind the posts that already proved they work
  • Reporting on reach, engagement and — critically — enquiries

Scope

What is included

Every item below is part of the quoted scope. Anything outside it is quoted separately before it starts — never added to an invoice after the fact.

01 Content calendar
A month planned in advance and approved by you before anything publishes.
02 Creative production
Graphics, short-form video and copy produced for each platform, sized correctly and captioned.
03 Publishing and scheduling
Consistent cadence maintained across channels, including the timing that matters for each platform.
04 Community management
Comments and direct messages answered within one business day, which is where most social enquiries are won or lost.
05 Paid amplification
Budget put behind proven organic content and audience targeting configured against your service area.
06 Monthly reporting
Reach, engagement, profile visits and enquiries attributed back to social.

Process

How the work runs

  1. Audit and positioning

What you have posted, what performed, and what your competitors are doing. Then a clear content angle rather than a generic one.

  2. Build the calendar

Content pillars defined, first month planned and approved before publishing begins.

  3. Publish and respond

Consistent output plus active community management. Consistency beats volume every time.

  4. Amplify what works

Paid budget moved behind the posts that already earned engagement organically, rather than guessing at new creative.

A good fit if

  • Your customers genuinely spend time on social platforms
  • You have visual material to work with, or are willing to create it
  • You want consistency more than you want a viral moment

Probably not for you if

  • B2B businesses whose buyers are not on social. We will point you toward search instead.
  • Anyone whose main goal is follower count. We optimize for enquiries, and those are different jobs.

Questions

Social Media Marketing questions

How often should a business post on social media?

Three to five times per week on your primary platform, sustained, beats daily posting for two weeks followed by silence. Algorithms reward consistency, and audiences form habits around it. For most local businesses we recommend picking one or two platforms and doing them properly rather than maintaining a weak presence on five.

Does social media actually generate customers for local businesses?

For visual and consumer-facing businesses — restaurants, salons, home services, retail, automotive — yes, consistently. For B2B and highly technical services, social usually supports credibility rather than generating enquiries directly, and search deserves the larger share of budget. We will tell you which category you fall into before you commit.

Do you write the posts, or do we?

We do. You approve a month of planned content before it publishes, and you can request changes at that stage. Some clients prefer to supply photos from the field and have us handle everything else, which tends to produce the most authentic result.

What is the difference between organic and paid social?

Organic social is what you publish to your own followers at no media cost — it builds credibility slowly. Paid social puts budget behind content to reach people who do not follow you yet, targeted by location, interest and behaviour. The most efficient approach is to publish organically, identify what performs, then pay only to amplify the proven pieces.
